ISPA Announces 2027 Conference Keynote Speakers

LEXINGTON, Kentucky (September 24, 2026)  –  The International SPA Association (ISPA) has announced its keynote lineup for the 2027 ISPA Conference, taking place March 3-5 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Jamie Kern Lima, Jefferson Fisher and Zack Kass will take the Power Session stage with timely perspectives on leadership, communication, workforce culture and AI.

The lineup reflects priorities spa leaders are navigating, from attracting and retaining talent to leading teams through change, strengthening communication and understanding how emerging technology can support business growth.

Day One: Jamie Kern Lima | Leadership, self-worth and authenticity

IT Cosmetics founder and two-time New York Times bestselling author Jamie Kern Lima will open Conference with a perspective on self-worth, authenticity and leadership. Lima built IT Cosmetics from her living room before its billion-dollar acquisition by L’Oréal. Her message speaks to an industry placing renewed focus on employee engagement, retention and strong workplace cultures.

Day Two: Jefferson Fisher | Communication, clarity and connection

New York Times bestselling author, trial lawyer and communication expert Jefferson Fisher will share practical strategies for creating greater clarity, calm and connection in conversations. His approach speaks to spa leaders managing organizational change, setting team expectations and navigating increasingly complex interactions with employees and guests.

Day Three: Zack Kass | AI, transformation and the future of work

Global AI Advisor and former head of GTM at OpenAI, Zack Kass will close Conference with a look at AI, business transformation and the future of work. Kass helps organizations make AI understandable and actionable. His perspective speaks to spa businesses increasingly exploring technology to improve productivity, operations and decision-making.
