CHICAGO, Ill. — Arch Amenities Group is announcing the final opportunity for exhibitors and strategic brand partners to participate in The Archway 2026, the company’s annual leadership conference, taking place September 10 through September 12 at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk in Chicago, home to Arch Amenities Group’s corporate headquarters.

The Archway convenes senior executives, regional directors, consultants, operators, and property leaders from across Arch Amenities Group’s national portfolio of luxury hotels, resorts, residential communities, private clubs, spas, fitness centers, wellness destinations, and commercial real estate environments.

The conference is purposefully structured to connect innovative companies with the professionals responsible for evaluating products, developing programming, influencing procurement, shaping operating standards, and introducing new guest and resident experiences across Arch Amenities Group’s portfolio.

Rather than functioning as a conventional trade show, The Archway creates an environment for substantive business development. Exhibitors engage directly with operational leaders through product discovery, demonstrations, educational programming, strategic conversations, hosted meals, networking events, and collaborative experiences designed to support long term commercial relationships.

“The Archway is one of the most important relationship building platforms within our organization,” said Catherine Warren, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Arch Amenities Group. “It gives our leaders the opportunity to evaluate emerging solutions, deepen existing partnerships, and identify products and services that can strengthen operations, increase revenue, and enhance the guest, resident, and member experience. For exhibitors, it provides meaningful access to a highly engaged audience of decision makers across multiple business verticals.”

The conference welcomes companies representing luxury skincare, wellness technology, fitness equipment, recovery and longevity, furnishings, textiles, hospitality amenities, software, medical wellness, healthy food and beverage, retail, lifestyle, design, sustainability, and other products and services relevant to the evolving hospitality and wellness marketplace.

Exhibitor participation may include professionally appointed exhibit space, conference credentials, access to educational programming, networking functions, meals, digital exhibitor visibility, promotional resources, and opportunities to engage with Arch Amenities Group leadership and property decision makers. Select participation packages also include hotel room nights for attending representatives, creating a more comprehensive and accessible conference experience.

The Archway’s value extends beyond the exhibit floor. Vendors are able to introduce new products, demonstrate operational applications, gather direct market intelligence, and establish relationships with leaders representing several divisions of the Arch Amenities Group organization, including spa, fitness, residential, hospitality, corporate, and commercial real estate.

The 2025 conference welcomed 280 attendees, including 183 Arch Amenities Group professionals and more than 60 vendor exhibits. Attendees represented a cross section of the company’s operational portfolio, creating broad exposure across fitness, spa, corporate leadership, residential, and commercial real estate hospitality.

The Archway also complements the Arch Preferred Vendor Program, a curated, year-round partnership platform designed to connect trusted companies with Arch Amenities Group’s consulting and operating teams. The program creates ongoing opportunities for education, visibility, regional engagement, product introduction, and strategic collaboration throughout the year.

For participating brands, The Archway can serve as both an entry point and an accelerant. New companies gain exposure to Arch Amenities Group’s leadership network, while established partners can strengthen relationships, introduce new offerings, and expand their visibility across additional markets and operating divisions.

“Some of our most productive partnerships begin with a thoughtful conversation at The Archway,” Warren added. “The objective is not simply visibility. It is alignment. We want to connect our leaders with companies that understand luxury service, operational execution, measurable performance, and the importance of creating experiences that are both commercially successful and genuinely memorable.”

Exhibitor availability is now limited, and companies interested in participating are encouraged to request the 2026 Exhibitor Prospectus promptly.
