2026 GSN Sustainability Summit comes to Tanque Verde Ranch in Tucson, September 13 to 16

TUCSON, Ariz., September 2026 Green Spa Network will bring leaders from across spa, wellness, hospitality and sustainability together for the 2026 GSN Sustainability Summit, September 13 to 16 at Tanque Verde Ranch in Tucson, Arizona.

Wellness Under the Stars

Set against the expansive Sonoran Desert sky, the Summit will tap into a growing wellness travel movement: stargazing as a restorative experience.

In August, Condé Nast Traveler highlighted the rise of stargazing in wellness travel and growing interest in the night sky as a source of awe, reflection and restoration. At the GSN Summit, attendees will experience that connection firsthand during Desert After Dark, featuring telescope stargazing beneath the Arizona sky.

The 2026 Sustainability Summit, themed “Saddle Up,” is a three-day gathering, coordinated by Spa Collab, that combines education, sustainable brand discovery and immersive experiences centered on the connection between human wellbeing, environmental responsibility and sustainable business. GSN President Diane Trieste describes the “Saddle Up” theme as an invitation to “be brave enough to jump into the saddle, look ahead, and ride into the unknown together. It’s about being passionate, a little spunky, and willing to take bold steps to plant the seeds of change.”

The Summit’s Frontier Forum will feature speakers exploring regenerative design, human sustainability, longevity, leadership and sustainable hospitality.

Featured speakers include Shira Adler, presenting Beyond Sustainability: Cultivating Regenerative Places That Help People & Planet Flourish; Eva Maurice, presenting Human Sustainability: The Four Bodies of Sustainable Success; and Debra Hope Duneier, Founder of EcoChi® and Feng Shui Master, exploring the relationship between people, place and wellbeing.

Dr. Kathryn Dundas, longevity physician and founder of Sublime Life, will present Longevity Reimagined: The Science of Living Well Longer and lead The Horse as Mirror, an experiential session examining leadership, presence and connection through guided interaction with horses.

The Summit will also feature Shared Responsibility: Sustainability Across the Hospitality Ecosystem, examining how meaningful progress requires collaboration across the industry. Panelists include Jessica Swartley of The Spa at Spruce Peak, Jeanine Allpress Cliffe of TLEE Spas + Wellness, Manon Hussein of Derme&Co, Erica Coble of Living Earth Crafts, and Daniel Spencer, Vice President of Spa & Wellness for Agua Caliente Casinos.

Additional Summit experiences include morning wellness activities, horse led programming, campfire conversations, time to explore Tanque Verde Ranch and the annual GSN Auction, featuring donated products and experiences in support of GSN’s sustainability mission.
